The ICPR has carried out a comparative analysis on appropriate behaviour of individuals during flood warnings and flood events, based on the studies and documentation available in the states of the Rhine basin (see below the attached list and files).
This synthesis report summarises – for both the public and experts – the most important factors that influence appropriate behaviour in the event of a warning or a flood.
