The water quality of the Rhine and its tributaries is constantly monitored as part of the surveillance monitoring at the international monitoring sites. For the identification of the development of the Rhine water quality, these data are regularly compiled, validated and evaluated by the ICPR.
The technical report is the continuation of the reports on the assessment and development of Rhine water quality 2009-2012 (ICPR technical report no. 220), 2013-2014 (ICPR technical report no. 239), 2015-2016 (ICPR technical report no. 251) and 2017-2018 (ICPR technical report no. 281).
